If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Please drop us an e-mail at eshop@biossentials.com and mention your order reference number if you want to return any products and we will inform you if your items are eligible for a return or not.

You will receive a Returns Slip along with your purchase when you receive your goods. Should you wish to conduct a return, kindly include the Returns Slip along with the shipment and send it back our way. 

Please allow approximately 5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

• All returned items are subject to quality control. Biossentials reserves the right to evaluate the eligibility of a return before processing a refund. You will be contacted within 3 business days upon receipt of the item(s) should we find an issue with the item(s).
• Biossentials will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused during the shipment process.
• It is important that the item(s) returned are attached with the Returns Slip provided. Failing to do so may hinder or slow down the processing of your return.
• The shipping cost of returning a product will not be covered by Biossentials.
